i need 4 cm to become 180cm. LL is very expensive, invasive and painful. will a new method be around soon or is it over?

I am about your height and I always thought girls hated me for it, but it opened my eyes when I saw my jacked (natural) friend (same height) getting girls easily. And he is on the autistic spectrum (while I did confidencemaxx/personalitymaxx) and girls did approach him first. Though I must admit he has a good face and bone structure. That is the moment when I started believing face > height unless you are a turbomanlet.
Build muscle, dress well, and groom, if that doesn't work, then you will know that you are ugly. Most guys are not ugly, just normal/average looking. Also, you might be young, at a young age most men don't look good, I started getting IOIs from girls at age of 28. Your out of your mind doing a risky procedure for minimal height gain at that height. The only time its probably worth it is at a height of 4-5 inches below national average. Even then location maxxing is probably better, as well as acquiring large amounts of money and status. I had a bad social circle bunch of fucking looser passive aggressive shit talking MTN's. Now all of them abandoned including my former " good friends from high school". We stayed in touch for years including uni 1 of them, and the others we would periodically talk after a few months not talking and meet up in the breaks of uni.You are at a good age to become self-aware of this stuff. Just work on your craft and build money. The gym is the most important thing in every man's life, you must depend on it as if it is water. I wish I started doing this stuff at your age but I didn't.
Also, try to be social at the time that you are building wealth, or you can easily damage your brain with self-isolation or shit like that. Try to build your own social circle. I ditched all friends that made fun of me a long time ago. Now I have a circle of friends (including girlfriends) that want to be my friends and they always call me to hang out.
Your life will change better if you keep improving.
If you compare yourself via height only you will feel like shit. Take pride in other things, like your mindset. The gym is only 3 hours per week, literally. Most people here talk about the gym as it is something hard. I personally don't even go to the gym, I do bodyweight exercises and it's only 15 minutes, 3 days a week. Girls will notice you right away, probably the first 3 months. That's when you build some muscle. You don't have to look like a bodybuilder to attract girls. Just don't look muscleless, weak, beta, soy. You need to increase weight each week and eat well to build muscle, that's all you have to do, if someone says otherwise, he is just trying to sell you something. Now I don't speak to any of them, and all by myself in a new city working my first job ever. The job pays good at the moment ( about 60k total with commissions in the USA). However with taxes of 30%, rent of 1.7k total ( 200 for the tech internet package, 50$ extra a month for debit/credit card processing fees,40$ a month for parking a month, and 1.4k for the base rent ), I find myself saving a lot less then I would want. Also because of inflation my social security tax has increased 70$ more, which is a huge amount relative to previous times. Not to mention now that I eat organic as the GMO they put all types of crazy shit in the plants/meat food is much more expensive. 100$ grocery bills are the normal.
Realizing this I now found myself with the dilemma that I would have to invest in a very high return but risky bets on options in different assets such as oil, gas, corn, wheat, etc for any hope to have any side income that is reasonable. If I saved I would have like 1-1.2k a month. Hopefully one of them does really well. An extra 6-10k would be awesome per year.
I also now am coming to the sad realizing that if I want to enjoy some time with really hot babes without any crazy gym max, I will have to cough up a huge amount of money. It would be like 500-700$ per hour with a hot blond raw. The only way its possible is through overtime.

The thing is for me its 15 minutes to the gym, then you would spend 15 minutes doing cardio, then 1-1.5 hours working out, then you would clean yourself down. That's like 5 minutes. As I get tired easily post gym a massage has helped me do a lot better. Those are 10 minutes. Then 15 minutes back, and you would likely get some nice post workout meal for the gains and if you want anything healthy its 10 minutes to make ( vs 2 min In a garbage fast food place)
15min+60min+5 min+10min+15min=105 minutes= 1hour 45 minutes. Getting food is like 2hours total.
You save a lot more time in an apartment gym, but then the equipment is limited ( no bench press, weights go up to 50 lbs ), and it can get crowded as its like the size of a few rooms with 10 people their. Fuck that.

The only legit advice I can give you, I didn't do it personally, but this is what I read works for people that are in your situation. You probably feel fresh when you wake up in the morning, so it's best to go to the gym before work, shower there, dress then go to work. I saw people coming to the gym at 6 am dressed for their job (suit) and nobody cared. You prepare breafast before you go to sleep or you bulk prepare for next 3 days.That is true. Its overall a lot of effort and I've done it before. Just a question of not feeling so blackpilled and lacking energy/motivation. Most of the time when I gym celled I had a max of 3-4 Hours of class a day with the rest to do whatever. Now I do work from 7am-4pm and feel exhausted after work. I am working on improving my sleep and energy.
My new work schedule starts in a week and I will get a more reasonable schedule with 4 10 hour shifts that start later, and end later but I get 3 days off.

The gym seems to help me sleep as long as its no more then 2 hours before bed time. Yea I lack discipline currently. I need to man up and focus on the results. It was a lot easier before when I took sarms. But now I don't see the point as steroids are the superior option, but then I could risk collagen loss and ruin my youthful looks which is still shown as people think I in high school lol.Who cares if you are tired at work all day, the gym is more important than your work, just perform enough, and don't get fired.
