Taban is overrated since he has many botches to begin with, you can go with many surgeons for infraorbital implant but when it comes to infras with saddle and alsl not silicone, your choices tend to get limited, you can go with dr Pagnoni since he is very good with infraorbital implants w/saddle or ramieri(doesn't do with big saddle), ofc there are many options but those 2 have best results.

Boyo, EVERY surgeon has botched or will botch someone. They do surgery almost every day from monday to friday, for years. Plus, there are things that are beyond their control, as how a person’s tissue heals.

I think you forgot that Taban and Eppley are based in USA, where there is a culture for doctors to get sued, even for minor things, and these are all public records. Your “plus there are many cases that aren’t public of botches” must be a Romanian thing.

But Taban and Eppley aren’t “unexperienced”. Yes, I put the word in quotes because there aren’t really unexperienced plastic surgeons in USA. After medical school, there are two pathways to become a plastic surgeon there: 3 years of general surgery residency plus 3 years of plastic surgery residency or 6 years of plastic surgery residency. American medical residents have a 80 hour work week and only 2 or 3 weeks of vacation per year.

But you didn’t prove that their botch rate is high, boyo. You only mentioned one botched patient by Taban and one “botched” patient by Eppley. I typed the word between quotes because, according to the link below, “she claimed to filmmakers in the 2006 HBO documentary Plastic Disasters, although she never filed a medical-malpractice suit and doctors who subsequently examined her found no surgery-related abnormalities”, so she wasn’t botched by him.
