Does lefort downgraft lengthen the nose at all or just the philtrum

Is there any other procedure that can do it? I havent seen rhinoplasty do so

Rhinoplasty can do it, just rarely requested so you don't see it much. Caudal septum extension graft or columella extension add vertical length to the tip and base. Find a surgeon who actually has vertical lengthening cases in their portfolio tho


Lefort downgraft is mostly philtrum, nose change is indirect and secondary
