Like stop feeling anxious, trying to control everything sorrounding you, stop thinking back about mistakes and what could possibly go wrong in the future, be more Easy going and take everything less seriously.

Exactly, while the wage cucks look dead inside and hate waking up in the morning. Italy has the right idea, America, Japan and Korea work too hard. I’ll live my life following the 10 Montenegrin commandments!

how are you struggling to find work, what masters did u do
Finance. I haven't even searched anything for the past year. I had like 40 interviews and i got job searching burnout and complete refusal for HR, they piss me off, i've followed all the instructions people gave me and i still fail. I Guess job market too competetive and with me being neurodivergent i wasn't able to beat that competition.

I have only 1 friend and although we talk a lot, talking to him Is nothing like talking to someone else, he's isolated himself.

Isn't that for cancer
It's a HDAC which reprogram stress responses in the brain. If u want a weaker version try sodium butyrate

sounds to me like you haven't fully let go of whatever trauma you've faced in the past

I’m afraid your personality develops in your formal years. Anxiousness and inhibition is directly caused by how you were treated and how well you’ve done in life. If you were an academic with a good social life and now work a good job you likely won’t have those hangups. They come from your failures , whatever they may be

You judge your brain-chemistry to be 'fucked up' because you have other expectations of it, not based in reality.

Brutal world to live in, to be constantly in conflict with yourself in such a way.
A new mindset can only begin to develop once you truly accept who you are right now.
