I’m too old to expect anything serious from heightmaxxing but could growth hormone peptides squeeze a few cm on my frame or height? Could I do anything to get a bigger nose while on gh peptides or are their effects too lightHeightmaxxing is a fucking meme, dont expect anything crazy from it.
Many bodybuilder use HGH, also yes craniofacial growth can occur on HGH

It could potentially grow your facial bones slightly but growth is not guaranteed nor controllable.I’m too old to expect anything serious from heightmaxxing but could growth hormone peptides squeeze a few cm on my frame or height? Cartilage Growth: Methods to fix the "unmaxxable." Introduction: Recently, I've been experimenting and researching ways to fix certain facial features that are deemed to be unfixable without hardmaxxing. The main topics that are going to be included in this guide/theory spout are the: Nasal...looksmax.org
I don’t need more bonemass but I would like more cartilage/growth in my nose.It could potentially grow your facial bones slightly but growth is not guaranteed nor controllable.
With all its potential long-term downsides, taking significant dosages during adulthood simply for some minor bone density increase or thickening is not particularly reasonable.
It most likely won’t make you more attractive and for most, it will actually lead to the opposite.
Cartilage growth is more likely, but why would anyone desire that? From what I know, areas like the ears, feet, hands, and nose tend to respond the most to HgH. However, the effects are subtle-don’t expect dramatic changes, and be cautious with the dosage.I don’t need more bonemass but I would like more cartilage/growth in my nose.
Could gh peptides help me in any way?
17 , grew up with a pretty shit lifestyle with bad sleep and bad diet but still 5’11 with decent shoulders and bones , did I cuck my potential or I probably grew up normally still.
Could gh peptides/hgh boost me in any way if I grew up gh deficient? Or there’s no way I grew up deficient with my stats rn
Also thoughts on the cartilage guide I linked ?
Damn shit sucks fucking our self overCartilage growth is more likely, but why would anyone desire that? From what I know, areas like the ears, feet, hands, and nose tend to respond the most to HgH. However, the effects are subtle-don’t expect dramatic changes, and be cautious with the dosage.
I have the same stats as you and experienced severe sleep deprivation during development. I’d be more concerned about its effects on your brain than on your physical growth. The body prioritizes growth- you would need to starve yourself and consistently sleep extremely poorly over a long period to significantly reduce your height potential. And by "significant," I mean at most 3-4 cm.
In modern society, stunted growth is extremely rare.
Factors like low birth weight, short birth stature, or hormonal imbalances are more likely to limit physical potential. For the record, I had low birth weight myself and I ended up with significantly smaller and weaker bones compared to my relatives.
I remember coming across a study on adult HIV-positive patients who were given extremely high doses of HGH (18 IU+ per day). Even with these massive amounts, actual bone changes were subtle and took a long time to develop. People need to drop the idea that HGH or any steroids will somehow override their genetics and turn them into a masculine chad.Yes.
Yes.
You're still young, and the brain is still capable of improving. However, damaged brain connections or brain cells generally don’t recover. It’s not fully understood yet, but we know the brain undergoes some irreversible, cumulative changes over time.Damn shit sucks fucking our self over
Your right tho def didn’t grow up gh deficient still have bigger bones and wider shoulders than 90% of the people I see irl but I have subhuman wrists
Gonna look into cerebrolysin for the brain since I def fucked my brain development when I was abusing 30 mg adderall daily with 4 hrs sleep
Do you think the brain will heal itself close to its potential when you follow the right protocols ?
