No clue, but my maxilla is wide, compact, and forward grown, my cheekbones are super wide too, I have .42 ES ratio with them, and when I measure my ES ratio with normal cheekbones (how they would look after zygoma reduction) it turns out to be .45-.46

I don't know if I got the terms wrong, what I mean is that my midface is very wide but my palate is very narrow, I don't even know if that can get fixed because anything that would get my palate wider would also make my cheekbones wider, right? So I'm fucked

Then this means you have bad es ratio but big/good cheekbones. You cant fix ipd but you can fix palate with a mse.

Maybe my IPD is fucked anyway, but my cheekbones are definitely too wide, if I had them reduced I would have perfect facial width, with them I look weird

It doesnt even matter that much tbh just have a good lower third hair and eye are rest is pretty much up to your social skills
