I have bulbous nose and a wide nostril, is there no way to slim it with softmax methods but to do it the hard way

Accutane if you got big pores in your nose. It'll be minimal. Hydrocortisone is massively overrated for nose tip reduction.
Just save up for a rhinoplasty.

corticosteroids and accutane will only shrink skin, maybe the hole decreases with them slightly
