Is there any sort of soft-maxing for eyes I can do as a teenager?

I'm in my late teen years, and from what people have said, it seems soft-maxing is much more effective at a young age.
My eyebrows are fairly high, lots of UEE, and under-eye support is utter shit.

Is there anything, anything at all I can do right now about it?

Fell for the mew meme and have been doing it for about a year and a half, and it has made no changes to my face. Now mewing is just a habit.

squinchmaxx, chewing and bonesmashing browridge to (maybe) reduce UEE
eyelash maxxing can be a good halo

If you have dark circles under your eyes from lack of under eye support using eye cream can help alot. Apart from that I think the only legit ways to change your eye area is surgery, I've read on here somewhere Vaseline can help with uee but I'm not 100% sure if that is true. Maybe also increasing weight and bf % can change your fat around your eyes to make them more hooded but I'm not sure about that either.

Fat part sounds legit, many obese people look like shit because they are obese, but their eyes are hooded.
Ive had dark circles since I was like 10 so ill look into it.

I use loreal men's expert Vita lift anti ageing eye cream, after like 6 weeks the dark circles under my eyes were gone, it was just sunken from the lack of fat or bone under my eyes, I would recommend that cream as it's fairly cheap and affective, also I used to be a fatcel but even when I was fat I didn't have hooded eyes, I think that's more down to genetics, strangely also my uee didn't get worse when I lost weight but it can happen

Unfortunately it's more likely to get worse. If your young maybe your browridge will grow out more which could give you more hooded eyes.

i have a pretty prominent browridge already

Are your eyes slightly hooded now?
If not it sounds like your problem is you dont have enough fat above your eye, losing weight will probably make it worse but it's different for everyone. In the future you could get a fat graft or upper eyelid filler if you want

Sounds strange, have you lost any weight or lowered your bf since then, if not I guess you just naturally lost your upper eyelid fat

Its pretty hard to tell but if you've gained weight and lost fat above your eye that doesn't sound so good, I guess just lose weight and see what happens. It's a relatively easy fix as youve already got a strong browridge and upper eyelid fillers shouldn't be crazy expensive or dangerous, but it's not permenant. Fat graftings the way to go for a more permenant solution but costs more, not sure about the risks.

I've heard castor oil is the best thing for your eyebrows, you may wanna look into that

at what age does the browridge start to grow?

I'm not really sure, it should last longer than fillers though

From what I've read it can grow from the start of puberty and up to around 21 to 22, your bones around your eyes are usually the last bo es to develop during puberty

I don't think so, it's very controversial, i see 14~15 yrs old boys with a browbridge all time.
