is there any sort of way to get a better mediul canthus??

i have a decent eye area (my colour brings it down) but i need to know if there is any way to better my mediul canthus

Cut out the skin with a razor, first make a very deep incision that is horizontally long but also deep into the tissue reasonably, you should have skin flabbing over the knife, stop and let it heal over a period of a week or 2. about 50-60% of the cut should heal

After you have 2 choices, cut deep again to further elongate it, or start cutting the skin flab off so it connects with your initial deep cut and decide to elongate from there

I'm on stage 1, yes my incision was deep enough for it not to heal the full cut, but my skin from the old peak point of my medial canthus is still present, in which i have to cut off and join it smoothly
