I have a pretty abo nose. My philtrum is giga long but my midface ratio is perfect so I’m assuming the problem is in my nose height. Is there a surgery that can fix this without messing up my midface ratio?

Already have planned rhino for my nose to fix its width(trust me it’s very bad). Gonna get it soon. But I’m not sure if my philtrum is worth fixing or if it would fuck up my harmony. I heard having one or 2 unideal features makes you look more human
