Is there any surgery to reduce medial canthus

A few extra mm's of icd would look way better. Is there any surgery to shorten it by like 2 mm's on each eye to increase the icd by 4mm

No i'm not.. it looks extremely unharmonious especially with my wide nose which will also need to get fixed. 34mm icd with 28mm pfl would be significantly better than 30mm and 30mm

how is 30 and 30 bad, thats ideal eye spacing, just morph your selfie with a good nose and you'll see
