Is there any way for someone like me to has naturally thin, straight hair to make it curly and thick like the men in the picture? Perm?

first is semi-curly but more like wavy, second is just wavy, third is literally straight.
If you get a perm you're gonna have nigga/mulatto tier hair, not wavy like that

I think it has to be natural. But maybe try a comb, bit of water in the hair, and a blow dryer. Start with getting your head wet. Just run it under the tap. Then dry it with a towel in a "messy" way but not too dry. Then take a comb and a hair dryer and blow/press/curl with the comb. After a few times, it should start to cooperate. Then add product and mess it up a bit more. This is what I do to style my hair sometimes because mine is straight and sticks out like porcupine quills. But once I do these steps, my hair usually moves into the direction/way I want it to. It's still not the same as natural curly/wavy but it's better than nothing.
