Depends on the brightness/shade of your eyebrows. If they are pretty light to where it's sometimes hard to tell if you even have them(in broad daylight) , then go for it immediately, but based on the picture, I don't think dying your eyebrows is that necessary. You should prioritize growing your eyebrows and eyelashes with minoxidil first before you think of dying them.
If you have pets, minoxidil might not be the best option, as it is highly toxic even in small traces and can be very lethal. Also, don't let it get into your eyes as it will cause burning and high irritation. Whenever I apply, I typically use a toothpick to apply it directly onto my eyelashes. For your eyebrows, it might not require as much precaution.

Yeah in that case i would suggest castor oil or some other sort of growth oil, as that is what i used previously to finding out about minoxidil. Castor oil is also very minty if it gets into your eyes and your pets should be safe unless they somehow manage to drink a whole bottle of it.
