Is there any way or surgery to make this outward cartilage inward making the nose more sharper?

My nose looks straight and sharp af from the side. Actually my side profile is very good but from front it's a bit bulbous.

Bump, tbh I just wear glasses on my nose and it pushes it down but need more replies to this topic 🙏
