is there any way to actually fix a dorsal hump

im still young (14) and have a terrible dorsal hump, im arab so its primarly genetic but is there anything i can do to actually fix it? i heard bringing forward the maxillia would reduce its visibility but how do i even do that, im obviously too young to get rihno and what not so lmk please

It's an attractive trait. "Fixing" it is sissification

Dorsal hump only happens in people of European and middle eastern ancestry mostly. I would refrain from changing it unless you can post example photos of either your nose or another model example. The aquiline nose for example is a unique nose shape that shows what part of the world you come from.

A photo would help to make a judgement on it sure. You won't be able to get any rhinoplasty soon anyway because your nose is still growing.
