Is there any way to even out this sort of skin tone differnce?

This example is the same as difference between my face and body. I want my face to have the same tone as my body . Any suggestions or is it even possible to detan this much ?

Why do u care? Just train ur neck and I’m sure u will be Chadpreet level, doesn’t matter about skin tone.
