Is there any way to fix an overbite naturally?

I have an overbite, and I genuinely have 0 clue where I got it from as no one in my family has one. But I was wondering if there's any natural way to fix it. I really don't wanna do surgery, I'm fine with just getting braces but shit like lefort scares me.
