Is there any way to fix an overjet?

I had an overjet since before I got braces and after, it causes my midface to be flat and my nose to be droopy from the front and side profile, does bimax + ccw fix this? Or is there another surgery?

bimax will do it yeah you may have to get braces again before it though

yes usually i think just so that your bite will be good after surgery

oh yea its already good, I just needa fix the overjet, so I'll prob get braces after the surgery
