Is there any way to fix droopy eye look without surgery?

idk if i can say i have a negative canthal tilt but my eyelashes are sm longer on the corner ends and my sclera exposure underneath is visible is there any way to fix this?

i know it looks disgusting but pleasee try to help me fix this without surgery
