Is there any way to fix poorly developed maxilla besides surgery?

insane CW growth, the nose clearly shows it (its extremely visible anyway). if you dont want to do surgery try what Jordan Wood shows or talk with an ortho

No, and even so i dont think its your maxila its just the insane ccw rotation which need to be fixed and possibly a misaligned bite

If I was gonna get surgery would i need just nose surgery or like a double jaw surgery obviously i would ask a professional but just wondering

You’re LTN but it’s only because something is just off, I think it’s facial harmony you prolly just need to soft max completely and you’ll be good
 
visit an orthodontist
I have the same problem, only not quite as severe, and I'm currently seeing an orthodontist. What should I tell him? Currently, I only have braces and a helix to correct my crossbite.
