Yeah, you can definitely but do expect getting rejected tons of times. Also you'll probably get LTB or make up heavy girls, just quick add on snap use a filter done.

yes you can but competition is extremely heavy, hit the gym and get a solid body bc it’ll do a lot of heavy lifting for getting girls, but there will always be someone for you

I would just suggest build good social circle with people and some girls and make sure you do not make a move on any of the girls in that group as long as you are ltn.
Then when you ascend they might actually find you decently attractive, plus since you've known them for a while it also helps them find you more attractive just through the mere exposure effect, then only make a move if they act like they have a crush on you. If you see no indication of interest do not make the move, if you make a move when there was no indications you could ruin your entire social circle and be outcasted.
