It’s possible but very hard to achieve because of healing time

You can just say your on a work trip or smth but you will be gone for multiple months depending on the surgery.

A lot of people are against it.
Idk where you live but it’s very downlooked upon mostly because spot of people are religious and they say “just accept the fact that god gave you” it’s especially downlooked upon for males because if it’s a women getting a nose job it’s acceptable but if it’s a male it’s insecurity and obsessive.

normies would bring it up in arguments, gossip about it, look down on you for it - especially if it looks even slightly uncanny.
