Is there any way to loose bodyfat faster than being on a calorie deficit and going to the gym?

I’m on a calorie deficit right now and have lost around 1.5kg the past two weeks but I want to loose about 10 kg as fast as possible. Is there any natural way that’s better or if it’s not natural is there a safe way?

Low dose Gabapentin nukes appetite. Mirabegron for brown fat and amantadine for insulin sensitivity

Yeah but I want to loose bodyfat in the entire body not a targeted area
Nah, I was joking, but is there any reason why you would like to lose fat faster? I'd argue that trying to accelerate the process too much only leads to disaster in most cases, either you start using very questionable substances, you lower your calories or try crazy diet stuff and get metabolic damage, or the process of weight loss just becomes much harder than it already is. Plus, if you're very fat right now and lose the weight too fast, you're going to have way saggier skin than you would if you lost weight slower.

I would not say that I’m that fat but would want to be lover bf for the summer, I’m around 190cm tall and weigh 93kg and I’m on a pretty big calorie deficit. Don’t really know what my weight goal should be but I need it to go lower

For a user who has been here since 2021 to ask questions like this is kind of embarrassing. You know the botb and u know the information there, if u dont want to die in a fast, use drugs made for that.

I like to use the BMI method, I have noticed that the most attractive BMI for women is usually between 24 and 27. 25 is probably optimal for appeal.

So at a height of 190cm, and assuming you're around 20, your ideal weight will be around 90kg at 10-12% body fat. That way you're lean, not too skinny, but not too muscular either

DNP
400mg of DNP powder will raise your metabolism by 60%. So if your TDEE was 2500 calories before, on DNP it would be 4000 calories.

Thought I had to get to like 85kg

It always depends on individual preference. For reference, this guy is 5'8" and 170 lbs, which puts him at a BMI of 25.8.

He’s definitely on the lean side, though he could possibly cut a bit more. Still, this lands him within the ideal BMI range of 24 to 27, muscular and fit without being overly bulky. It's perfect, not so big as to lose aesthetic appeal, and not so skinny as to sacrifice dimorphicism or strength. If you were aiming for a lower body weight, go for a BMI of 24, which is around 87 kg.
