Isn’t that PFL? Why would you want to make that narrower?

he means the distance between both medial canthuses

OP only thing I can think of is OBO maybe, asides from that no, do you seriously have it too wide though?

No, although it depends on PFL and IPD.

The only way is with OBO.

The perception of intercanthal distance is heavily influenced by other facial features though, so it may be possible to make a small disharmony much better.

@thecel this is what I was talking about with your wide nose
your intercanthal distance isn't THAT bad (you should still aim to increase it tho)
but it does appear that way because of your other features, namely wide nose
take it from this high iq user

Yes rule 1 of assessing eye measurements is to use real measurements and not to rely on general impressions .

What about increasing it slightly, MSE probably?

MSE will have subliminal, subtle at most improvement. In soft tissue before and afters the difference is not really perceivable while transposed CT Scans clearly show some small lateral movement.

One soft tissue study found no difference however the expansions were <1cm.

I am hoping in about 5 years we will a common minimally invasive facial bipartition distraction osteogenesis to offer to non-syndrome people.

Use a strip of tape with each end stretching your medial canthus towards each other across the nose bridge. Other than that, just copes. I have high set browridge and no solution other than cope and max everything else out.

from this article

you can make ur icd look narrower by making your infratemporal hair receeds further (the inverse of the link above)
