Is there any way to slim the tip of the nose?

I think I got lucky with decent nose genetics, the bridge of my nose is pretty slim and it’s straight
I was just using a filter on tiktok and I didn’t even realize how big having a smaller nasal tip would fucking ascend me
the tip of my nose is so fat, I have no clue why, one of my reasons for this is because I have some face fat and when i squeeze the tip of my nose I can see automatically that I have a ton of fat on it

Should I get lean then do lemonbottle? How do I fix this? i swear to god I went from like low mtn to mid mtn just by that filter

fat-dissolver (aqualyx for injecting to dissolve fat, bimatoprost for applying topically to dissolve fat aka lattise which is a fat dissolver )+ hydrocortisone (thins skin run daily perm) + tret (shrinks pores and thins skin too so only 3 weeks of running this )
