Not really, the soft tissue will be only slightly streched in that area, cause you add support to the lower third if you have a hardcore recession.

Just get custom implants for upper midface after bimax ,in that way you can actually get more modelesque appearance instead of just relying your own bones.

But you might need custom jaw implants after that for width and angularity (specially to increase rating from front)

I'm not sure if it can be done at same time,btw you may have difficulty finding a surgeon who does this outside of Europe, most in Germany and swiss do it

No I'm talking about the chin wing,it can:widen the lower third,enhance chin projection,fix asymmetries and lower the ramus,so you should either combine it with bimax or do it afterwards,depending on what the surgeon suggests.

this is an explanation video from brusco,but i'd recommend not doing it with him he's overpriced,do it either with zarrinbal or triaca, i think there is also a russian who does it and i know that someone got it for 4000$ but I don't where he got it done(but i think there are other european jaw surgeon who do it,I simply named those who I think do it the best) ,btw this video for some reason dosen't show the widening or lowering part.
