It's like some of these guys unironically believe they would've been 6'5 robust white Aryan lab experiments if only their mom ate raw eggs during pregnancy. My mom is like this even though she ate nothing but trash when I was in the womb and being breastfed for 7 months and now that she's post wall all she cares about is bullshit "superfoods" and weird types of Indian tea.

Fucking hilarious how commercial this diet crap is too. Literally 99% commercial. Just make sure you eat good during pregnancy and breastfeeding and enjoy life
