At 14 youre still safe, Mew, do intense excercise and only breathe through the nose. Seriously, after doing HIIT with nose breathing only and mewing my teeth started bleeding and in a month of that all my crooked teeth are back in place and my palate is wider, it prolly works for forward growth too just be expresionless so your face expands forward to breathe more efficiently
