Depends on how big/wide it is. If your nose is too big or wider than your mouth, even as a black guy you’d have to get rhinoplasty.

You should first wait until early 20s. Then right when you hit 21-22 get all your surgeries. Trust me because your lower third gets bigger from late teens to early 20s you wouldn't wanna do it prematurely

The best he'll get out of it is a super dull dark blue that'll still look dark under normal lighting.
