I’ve tried my best to softmax by losing weight bloat and frauding is there anything to fix my failios (thin lips, wide nose, weak brow ridge, eyebags, thin eyebrows and eyelashes)

I already fraud with tinted spf bb cream for eyebags dye for brows

Is there anything else i could do to get further and ascend more

Im 130lbs and been skinny all my life and I’ve tried to bulk but I js end up more bloated and when I stop force feeding myself I lose the weight

Il prob gym max once I finish puberty

no wtf? you want to gymmax DURING Puberty wtf? you'll produce more testosterone, get more bone growth due to resistance training, produce more hgh and igf-1 as well, and you have high testosterone levels rn TF? just properly bulk instead of ogre bulk XD?

I was 6'2 135lbs when i started, subhuman too.

for clarification i do go to the gym and train really well I just have never been able to put on cosistent weight, i train so I can maintain a low body fat

Bone growth only occurs due to the stress placed on them. As for HGH & IGF-1... It only occurs because of the stress & damage. It is released to repair the damage you caused by stressing your bones and tearing your muscles to shreds in the gym. :lul:

okay well its easier to stay lean if you have more muscle mass on you. it quite literally raises your basal metabolic rate SIGNIFICANTLY. I stay 10% bodyfat year round no issues eating as much as I want because my BMR/TDEE is like 3500-4000 cals lol

how do you eat so much without getting sick when I bulked I would be on the verge of puking on my last spoonful I cleaned bulked btw (beef eggs cheese fruits veg) and is there any peptides or steroids that I should take at a low dose which won’t have any side effects

yeah I thought I was eating a lot then after winter break when I stopped bulking I had lost all the weight I gained during my bulk
