ive done this before and it works good, but the results only last for like 5-10 minutes at a time depending how long you stretch for


i can stretch for 10-15 seconds and my lips are wider for about 5 minutes

Has anyone actually have this happen to them? Afaik this is only in theory

but then again lip widening is pretty new so we don’t know all the long term effects of it

Don’t think most people on the forum know this but a lefort 1 can also increase mouth width.

Unsure of how much of an effect impaction and downgrafting each have but I’ve seen enough results to be convinced that advancement is very useful for those who aren’t at risk of chimp lip but with a small narrow mouth
