Is there anything to make my vision better

My dyoptry is like - 1.25 on the left eye and - 1.5 on the right eye. Is it here anything that can heal my vision?
Or should I just eat my blueberries, use my eyedrops and just pray?

there is a method, not sure why your right eye is way higher diopter, but in a span of month or two you can increase your day time and perhaps night time vision, but it will take consistency, care about results do it if not dont.

So I put a patch on my better eye,making the weaker one work more.The weaker eye will have the same dioptry as the better eye?Or what is the method?

I did the eye patch method for 2 weeks straight, make sure to try it it out, but It didnt help for me, make sure you use waterdrops.
