Depends on how bad it is. Are we talking over 15mm?
But it could be due to having weak underdeveloped muscles around your mouth and cheeks causing everything to sag. There is a philtrum muscle called the 'depressor septi nasi' that runs under the large orbicularis muscle around your mouth. If this is weak, along with the muscles around your nose and cheek your mouth will droop.

Look at all of these muscles, they all attach to the mouth.
Do this exercise, but lightly pull away at the skin where nasolabial folds form so you dont develop nasolabial creases.
