supposedly taking creatine can reduce the amount of sleep you need. still, it's not healthy to get little to no sleep. you should probably not do it long term

Just sleep on the job

there's ways but they'll dig you in an even deeper hole

What are your hours and are they worth it for the dough?

And the answer Is a moderate adderall habit, caffeine, and time management.

  1. Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.
  2. Creating a sleep-conducive environment: Make sure your bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet, and invest in a comfortable mattress and pillows.
  3. Establishing a relaxing bedtime routine: Try winding down before bed with a warm bath, meditation, or reading.
  4. Avoiding stimulants before bed: Caffeine and alcohol can interfere with sleep, so avoid consuming these substances in the hours leading up to bedtime.
  5. Exercising regularly: Physical activity can help improve sleep quality, but avoid vigorous exercise close to bedtime.
  6. Taking naps: If you are unable to get enough sleep at night, consider taking short, 20-30 minute naps during the day to help boost your energy levels.
  7. Seeking professional help: If your sleep deprivation is severe or persistent, consider talking to a doctor. They can help determine if there is an underlying medical condition that may be contributing to your sleep problems, and provide appropriate treatment options.
  8. Semen retention: or abstaining from ejaculation, is a practice that some people believe can have various physical and mental health benefits, including improved sleep. However, there is limited scientific evidence to support these claims.
  9. Melatonin: Studies have shown that melatonin can be effective in improving sleep quality and reducing the time it takes to fall asleep in people with sleep problems, including sleep deprivation. Melatonin works by mimicking the natural melatonin produced by the body and helping to regulate the sleep-wake cycle.
  10. Hydration: Staying hydrated can help improve sleep quality, particularly if you are experiencing sleep deprivation. Drinking water throughout the day, especially in the evening, can help promote feelings of drowsiness and make it easier to fall asleep.

ngl sleep improves all parts of life so youre fucked if no sleep but heres my tips:

-coffee/caffeine doesnt help much if you got less than 4 hours of sleep in my experience
-wear a cap with a decent sized bill to it that casts a shadow over your eyes to diminish dark circle appearance
-eat healthy foods, junk food will make you feel even more lethargic (theres a large element of placebo in this)

thats literally it jfl sleep is so damn important to mental health and life
