is there anyway to find a long lost deleted video

I’m trying to goon to a film Becky and I made like 3 years ago. Shits long fucking gone though. I’ve tried everything, google photo archive to see if it would dig it up upon syncing, iCloud linking to another device. Bugged iOS update. Wtf do i do. Does contacting Apple do anything?
