maybe I will talk to orthodontist but that shit costs mad money tho

my mom is stingy to the point she doesn't want to buy me a planet fitness membership

It will only get more expensive and harder to fix as time goes on.

Depends on what caused it. I had some very minor TMJ as a kid, but it eventually stopped. I never had any facial symmetry unlike most other people though.

If it was caused by you sleeping on one side as a habit, your bones probably haven't changed enough to the point of no return. Unironically do face exercises on your right cheek. You are 14-15 right? Don't worry. Your face should eventually even out... hopefully

Just massage your face. I am going to assume that when you talk about facial assymetry, it means that your gonial angle is a bit lower on one side, and one of your eye corners is more negatively tilted...if I am right, you should just stretch out the right side of your face upwards with your finger in the morning or before showering. Your face should even out in a couple months along with puberty kicked in. Otherwise, idk

it's so hard to do

i knew about it since 12 but could never do it

ive read its cope
In that case, just sleep with your head pushed downwards like you are smiling instead of upwards that way it eventualy evens out again. If your jaw is still assymetrical later on in life and you are, like, 17, just get minor surgery then.

Sleeping on side is the best position. Just wait and chew evenly

i have it tilted more on my right
so sleep on the left?
No chew evenly. You should sleep on the side anyway it's the best position by far. It's probably not even noticeable asymmetry anyway
