Life saver.nope you can get a vertical augmentation where they effectively cut the bone of your chin and move it down securing it with screws and filling the gap with a bone graft

I was going to sacrifice my gonial for my chin, or so I thought.Low gonial angle is good
also if you have maxilary hypoplasia you can be guaranteed that your chin will be that tall.This is a high gonial angle

This was an older thread, I was thinking that in order to make my chin taller I'd have to make my gonial angle higher.Why on Earth would you ever want a higher gonial angle!!!???!!!
