Is there anyway to get deep-set eyes?

I have medium set eyes but I feel id look better if they were deeper set, is there a procedure or some type of natural way to get them deep-set, other than mewing obv. my heavy brow ridge and extra eyebrow tissue save me from having prey eyes, thank god, but i wanna maximize by having deeper-set eyes

Implants or orbital decompression... But are you sure you know enough about the eye topic to tell whether deep set is what you really need?

There are quite a few surgeries for better looking eye area, but for the most part deep set eyes are dependent upon having good orbitals, which means there isnt much surgery you can do to get your eyes deeper set. You can get orbital decompression, probably the most effective single surgery. And there are implants, eyelid retraction surgery, and some others that all help. I would post pictures and ask people what would help the most

Dermal filler can be placed on the upper orbital rim, under the ocular fat pad that sits in the eyebrow, to help give projection to the area and creating the illusion of deep-set eyes. Product can also be placed in the superior sulcus of the eyelid to conceal and upper-eyelid exposure.

A forehead, or partial forehead implant, can also be surgically inserted to increase projection to further contribute to the appearance of deeper-set eyes.
