Is there anyway to improve chin protrusion?

My dad's chin and lower third were so good. My mum's is terrible. Genetic recombination is unfavourable! I haven't seen any improvement from mewing. This is my biggest failo and there's no way to improve it. Someone give me hope.

Dont want to create a separate thread, so i will ask here. It seems FAGGA makes maxilla more forward and upward. Upward is more for longish faces, is there analogous mechanism for people who have short midface? To lengthen it.
