Is there anyway to increase canthal lilt of the eyes without hardmaxxing?

Do those eye exercises actually do something or are they all cope?

Eye exercises are cope but canthal tilt is also a bit of a cope in and of itself. Don't bank on canthoplasty as you'll run the risk of looking uncanny which is much worse than just having a regular looking NCT. I say it's best to focus on UEE or filling out brows (or lightening them) if those are at all an issue. Eyes can still look good with any canthal tilt, but eyes with too much UEE rarely ever look good.
