Is there really no way to change my nose cartilage without surgery?(13)

My nose isnt neceserally bad but I really feel like if i had a smaller more upturned nose would really look better on me.Hydrocortisone wont work on cartilage I heard so I won't try that cause some dudes said that its gonna make my nose veins visible and ugly and shit so yeah please help

Papain, collagenase should work, MMPs (very rapid)

It would just kinda melt off your cartilage and it would be extremly extremly difficult to pull off
