Is there room for Improvement or is rope the way?

So, i want to begin with saying im pretty short and sadly i cant gain more height due to my growth plates being closed since my early teens ;c
I started by very basic stuff on TT/YT/IG etc, i felt lost or clueless on what to do till i made this account yesterday (i used to browse some stuff here and there and generally read posts from prettyboy without making an account) , I came by a thread made by sadist and it was about Nose size reduction with softmaxxing (keep in mind the photos below are before i started trying it, i will start on friday)
Im getting a bit off topic so i would just like honest advice on what works and what i could do to improve from what u see. i dont have any good photos of my past rn so the one u will see below is really bad (it was 2 years ago almost when a friends sister wanted to put makeup on me)

and this is almost 2 years later

Im aware than im not attractive or goodlooking but i got told by a friend of mine that i have potential and that i should ask for help here.


I would really appreciate anyone who gives any advice of any short and im full of ears for anything that comes my way, dont hesitate to be harsh or TOO honest.
