i live a fairly normal mostly healthy lifestyle as a 16 year old

i dont drink much water and don't intake much pottassium

Should i start drinking like2-3L a day and having like a banana or is it rly not worth it

drinking more is obvious and if you really wanna add something ice your face when you wake up
