My current hair is shit and it's damaged, for the inflammation of my scalp I am going to start using some topical oils, probiotics, etc. But I need to regenerate my hair with some treatment or product, I don't want to shave, I have around four months letting it grow to get to my proper hair style, so I don't want all this process to have been in vain and start again...

depends on why or how your hair is damaged, do you mean it's dry and frizzy from overshampooing/hair dye or is it falling out from mpb or the scalp inflammation

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) or Mesotherapy directly onto your hair follicles hould help with hair rejuvenation and is pretty non-invasive. Don't know about price and availability so you might want to check around your area.

It's frizzy, dry, brittle and tangled, this shit is impossible to style without a cream. My scalp is inflamed, I suppose due to the overgrowth of some microorganism or simply because of my bacterial flora, which I don't think is in its best state...

I've literally been shampooing my hair (too much) for 14 years and just a few months ago I started shampooing every two/three day, but I don't like my hair to smell like shit, so I don't know what to do. Also, I have dryness/dandruff.

Yes, I was thinking of getting this type of treatment or laser to be able to regenerate my hair and stimulate its growth without having to have some type of hair implant, even though I'm only 15-years-old...

your hair shouldn't smell just because you don't shampoo it every day, if that's a problem then just rinse with water everyday. Dandruff and inflammation sounds like seb derm, i've got that as well I just use something like ketoconozal shampoo every 2-3 days and use a conditioner afterwards (make sure the conditioner doesn't have sillicates and shit in it). Look into MCT oil, it's the only oil that works with seb derm without feeding the fungus like other oils, massage it into ur scalp 30 mins before washing.

Also limit processed sugar, bread/gluten etc cuz that spikes the fungus.

for the brittleness go to a salon and tell them you just want to cut the spit ends off, so the ends of your hair cuz thats what makes ur hair dry and frizzy. Do that and use a shampoo like ketoconozal 2-3x week if u got a lot of inflammation or use baby shampoo if ur scalp feels ok cuz thats less drying. let me know how it goes

Should I check if I have an intolerance to any of these foods? Sometimes when I eat bread for example (not with every, but with some that have gluten AFAIK) I start to get very strong pain in my stomach, and it also itches all over my body.

I will definitely look for more about the oil and shampoo that you mention, thank you very much! However, do you think it's worth visiting a dermatologist or specialist to check my hair and scalp? I want to know exactly what I have and what I need to do, I'm sick of this.

yes definitely cut foods out one by one for a week see what happens, deffo sounds like you got intolerances. It is worth to see a derm as well, gl bro

If you’re dealing with scalp irritation try ketoconazole
