Is there somewhere i can read/watch how socially successful people act?

By far the most pathetic thought/question I've ever had but I'm running out of options.

I've struggled with trying to figure out who exactly i am for many years now, but the further i get the more hopeless it seems. The only friends i have are people I've lucked my way into and even then, I'm not a very riveting/interesting/compelling person.

I decided that adopting someone else's personality/success and merging it with my own is my best bet, but I don't have access to "logs" of how successful people act in public or in private. Any ideas?

Like eavesdrop on a random table? nah man I mean like your very average socially liked dude, someone easygoing/likeablecand who has no reservations about how they act, someone who can speak everything on their mind
