i had a acne breakout for over 3 months which then i fixed by drastically improving gut health and doing skincare and also stopped taking boron because it causes homornal imbalances but it left scars which made it worse for me. These scars are killing me someone help me out

You still have acne, retard. There's nothing fixed. You can't treat the scars before treating the acne, which the only treatment is 1-2 years straight of accutane.

but don't remember: retinoids are the main treatment. you can use epiduo, it's both adapalene and benzoil peroxide

tbh I don't recommend it. adapalene is way better. and the best: to use it with benzoil peroxide.

tret is more like for old who need better collagen production and anti-aging effect.

I'd not use it but u can. I also had something similar but didn't like it because it can be visible. I will complain about it even if it's a bit visible because it's better to have scars a bit than look gay
