There's not just one surgery that gives you hunter eyes.

A) You have to have wide-set eyes

B) You have to have horizontally Wide eyes

C) Both A and B are only changeable through advanced surgery or very slight gains through MSE.

But there are multiple features that you need in order to have perfect hunter eyes that can't just be done in one surgery.

Just note that you don't need hunter eyes in order to have an attractive eye area, hunter eyes are still ideal though.

i know but i want to be intimidating more than being attractive, just look at elias de poot. his eye area is extremely intimidating whilst everything else on him is just.. laughable at best, i mean wtf is that neck and fwhr?

Only obtainable if you have a wide PFL, at the very least. It'd still look like trash if you didn't have the IPD though, but you can still technically have hunter eyes without it. But you need at least a 6.6cm IPD with a PFL higher than 30cms to have truly attractive hunter eyes.

Not everybody will look good wth hunter eyes, for example look at DE POOP. He has hunter eyes and sharp features but still has the same SMV as a lab rat with cancer and rabies. Which means that only desperate curries (most of them) will fuck him/it

Hunter eyes are made up out of several features combined so you’d have to get several procedures done in order to theoretically achieve them. Even then you still wouldn’t be guaranteed to get hunter eyes and/or for them to look natural. There’s also some unfixable flaws one could have which would wholly prevent them from ever achieving the hunter eyes look.
The eye area in itself is also a dangerous place to operate on. Taking all of these factors into account, it’s unlikely anyone will achieve hunter eyes artificially without your eye area already being above average to begin with.
