You can still add an inch with the rest of the plates.

if ALL growth plates fused - yes. but usually there is still in the hip bone, spine if it already closed in hands.

I got this like 3 months ago doctor said I will be growing 2-3 cms maximum as they are partly closed do you think there is any chance I grow a 1.5 cms if that happend I will be happy

my endocrinologist said that the residual growth may be 1-3 centimeters. but I haven't checked the other growth areas, Ill do it soon. check the rest of the growth areas besides the brushes, if thats what youre worried about.
