The risks are too big with PE to not have quality ensured so I wouldn't buy it. I bought the penimaster pro but it is just sitting in my closet bc I got injured with the bathmate..

Literallly all I did was pump for a normal session fully erect (for the first time) with the hydroxtreme 7. Then I developed something, idk what it is but I’m seeing a urologist soon I’ll make a thread about it when I know. I think you’re supposed to pump up to a month flaccid before you move to erect pumping, which I later learned was an advanced method that I shouldn’t have been doing.

I’ve checked out a bit of stuff since then and I think my plan when I return is use my ads (penimaster) for awhile then start combining it with the vac hanger. Maybe I’ll throw in some compression hanging as well. Then after like a year or so of that I’ll pump again, this time with a better pump that has a pressure gauge so I can see what I’m doing.

Not yet, idk if I saw this here but you can make a diy vacuum extender by taking the base of a cheap one like this and buying the vacuum part that goes over your glans on eBay and combining them which I’m gonna do rather than purchase a vacuum extender that’s $300
