Is this a big failio?And how do I fix it?

If we take the width of the eye (counting eyelashes) as 1, the space between them is 1.2, I don't know if it falls within the ideal range or not, my ESR is 0.46 and IPD 65mm,I will try the canthus cutting for a few weeks to improve it if it is not ideal,but I don't know if it's really the best option
